WALKING WITH BABOONS - Africa's primates have fascinated human beings since the very first explorers ventured into the "dark continent". Tales of myth and legend soon gave rise to curiosity, research and understanding, and today one can enter the world of these fascinating creatures through the knowledge gained by dedicated individuals. The southern tip of Africa is no exception in this regard, and is home to the Chacma Baboon. We invite you to join us in 'Walking with Baboons' as they forage for food and communicate through the subtle language of grooming, gestures and grunts. An experienced guide will lead you for an early morning walk amongst the troop, unraveling the complexities of their social interactions between both themselves, and their human neighbours! This is a once in a lifetime experience in which you experience a sense of privilege and compassion for these primates of the peninsula.

We invite you to come and be a trail cowboy, open new frontiers by conquering the stress of modern day living exploring cultural differences, riding with your colleagues. We will teach you to ride, crack a whip and herd cattle. Sleep under the stars, build a camp & tie knots. Two experienced guides and a support vehicle, which is never more than 15 minutes away, accompany us at all times. All horses are schooled, easy to ride and familiar with inexperienced riders.
